Internet Based Home Page. This is a web site that you will navigate to in order to securely log-in to the Window Preview Digital Content Management Network. This is a totally secure web site. It will also includes a Home Page that will contain news and product announcements for the client members.

Log-In Page. This page will be the portal to gain access into the Advertising Content System. It will be secured and will notify the administrator of over numbered entry attempts. This page will have a password reminder, password change request and verification of the change section.

Advertisement Send Creation. This area will allow the client member to upload documents, images, movies or commercials and sound to the system for Window Preview to retrieve and do as requested by the client with the uploaded files.

Advertisement Review Page. This page will allow the client members, upon a successful Log-In, to review finished advertising or products, make notes for any changes and approval of the media to be displayed on the Window Preview Storefront Display. Once approved, the client member can then at that time push the package to the specified Window Preview Storefront Display or multiple Window Preview Display locations if desired within their Network.

1. Customer Support. Operates 24 Hour – 7 Day Per Week support system that will allow our Client Member’s to speak with a “ live ” associate for any issue or problem with any part of the content management system around the clock. This customer support system will be inclusive to all running aspects of the content management network and is extended to clients.

2. System Support Training. Window Preview will extend to clients the training required if so desired by the clients of the Window Preview Storefront Networks content management system as well as the protocols and guidelines of the system and the hierarchy of the support system for calls in or responsive issues. This is a 3 day course and will be given in-house at the in-house office at the location of Window Preview Storefront Advertising Display main office location. The classes are provided at no additional cost.

3. Monitoring the Live System. Live Monitoring of all the clients locations are tied to the prospective zone and customer support staff to keep a “ watch dog ” view on all systems to allow instant corrections of Advertising of any location that become interrupted at any time from the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time).

4. Monthly Reports. Monthly hard copy reporting is available either on a specific date automatically or upon request when the clients request. These reports will allow clients to review all Window Preview locations that pertain to the clients zone or system.
